We started PlyrHQ because we were tired of running modern sports clubs with spreadsheets, group chats and ringbinder folders. There had to be a better way.
Our mission
Make running a sports club as effortless as playing the sport itself. PlyrHQ combines scheduling, payments, attendance, communication and AI insights into a single app — so coaches can focus on coaching, parents stay in the loop, and athletes know what's coming next.

Every feature starts with the question: does this help athletes train better, or coaches coach better? If the answer isn't yes, we don't build it.
Trust by default
Clubs trust us with sensitive data — payments, medical info, parent contacts. We treat that trust as the most valuable thing we have.
AI that helps, doesn't replace
We use AI to handle busywork — payment chasing, attendance patterns, repetitive admin. The human touch in coaching stays human.
